February 01, 2013 The Honorable Nirupama Rao, India's Ambassador to the United States, will open the Spring 2013 Brown-India Seminar on Monday, February 4 in Pembroke Hall 305. The seminar, chaired by Brown University President Christina Paxson, will be on "America's 'Asian Pivot': The View from India."
