Since 9/11, America remains dangerously unprepared to prevent and respond to a catastrophic attack on U.S. soil. This sobering conclusion was recently reached by a blue ribbon task force co-chaired by former Senators Gary Hart and Warren Rudman and directed by Stephen Flynn. Flynn, who served as primary author of a report, will discuss its findings as well as the challenges that confront the newly created Department of Homeland Security.
